Lane’s presentation is scheduled for 3:30PM at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, and will be followed by a question and answer session. He will present details on the Stirling Ultracold line of energy-efficient ultra-low temperature freezers, together with independent test data corroborating the performance of the freezers. These Stirling cooled freezers provide advantages in economics and sustainability objectives for ultra-low temperature storage of biological materials and other life forms.

Lane holds a ME degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and has worked in the clean energy field his entire career. He served as the President and CEO of Sunpower, Inc. for 10 years where he led the development of the company’s manufacturing capability and established Sunpower’s worldwide licensing activities.
